remains active in assisting customers with approval of new products, particularly
in medical applications. New listings can be obtained by either an E.D.S. submittal
or a customer submittal. | ||

| Many customers choose to handle the approval themselves, particularly in medical applications where the end product is also being submitted for approval. We highly recommend the purchase of an E.D.S. agency approval kit for customers proceeding in this manner. This kit includes all samples required to perform both mechanical and electrical tests. These samples are provided with the thermal couple style required by the test agency and eliminates the need for the test agency to dissect and prepare samples for testing. In addition, a complete documentation package that includes a print for each component is provided. Finally, E.D.S. will assist as needed to answer any questions that arise during the approval process. Kit cost is available on request. | ||
